The Boise Dread Kings and Washington Wildthings completed their game despite the inclement weather.

The Boise Dread Kings pinned a convincing loss on the Washington Wildthings, 9-3, at Red Barons Ballpark. Matt Kuperberg was a main factor in the win. He was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice for Boise. The Dread Kings move to 36-26 with the win, while the Wildthings drop to 13-49.

Boise took the lead on Kuperberg's 13th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which came against Jim Unknown in the top of the seventh, made the score 7-3, Boise.
