The Mesa Razor Sharks took on the Aurora Suns at Razor Sharks Ballpark.

Mesa third baseman Felipe Hinojos was a significant contributor in his team's 13-3 triumph over the Aurora Suns. He went 2-5 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 5 for the Razor Sharks. Mesa pitcher Eric Zane got the win. He's now 4-4. Sean Gary was tagged with the loss.

Hinojos contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Mesa in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 1-0, Hinojos took a cutter from Sean Gary and stroked the home run to right-center. His 10th home run of the season allowed the Razor Sharks to leap in front, 3-1.
