Running Rebels Win with Late Heroics

The Fresno Running Rebels banked on Scott Clary and he turned in a masterful performance. The right-hander kept the Aurora hitters in check. The final score was 3-1, Running Rebels, in 11 innings. Jeremy Adams, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-2. He allowed no runs on 3 hits in 2 innings. The Running Rebels raised their record to 22-33.
Fresno got a knockout punch from Devin Perona. The left fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Clary.
