The Aurora Suns powered past the Traverse City Bears, 10-1, at Suns Field. Pete Lemish provided some of the pop. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. With the win, Aurora goes to 24-26, while the Bears fall to 18-32.

The Suns got an important contribution from catcher Zach Troyer, who in the bottom of the eighth hit a fastball to left for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Suns ahead, 10-1.

"They took it to us," said Traverse City manager Zach Hildebrant.
