Dread Kings Lose Big to Millionaires, 10-2
The Alcoa Millionaires used the hitting of left fielder Alan Borrego to subdue the Boise Dread Kings, 10-2. For the game, Borrego went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Alcoa reliever Jerry Cirulli got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Pat Higginbotham was tagged with the loss. The save went to Gabe Lopez, his 1st this season.

Borrego had a key at-bat for Alcoa in the bottom of the first. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was his 13th home run of the season and gave Alcoa an early 4-1 lead.

Boise manager Sean Drummond called the blowout loss "ugly."
