Stars Earn Late Win
The Hollywood Stars had to overcome a big game from Vancouver designated hitter Richard Ulmer to leave Hollywood Grounds with a victory. And they did, winning, 7-6. Ulmer was 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Logan Stone, who finished 3rd in the NC in innings pitched with 233.2 in 2015, was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-2. The losing pitcher was Chris Brown. With the win, Hollywood improves its record to 12-10.

The decisive blow was delivered by Aharon Kroyan in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off fan favorite Chris Brown to win the game for Hollywood. The home crowd went nuts.

"He who laughs last laughs best," Kroyan said, postgame.
