Campbell Helps Alcoa Bombard Traverse City
The Alcoa Millionaires topped the Traverse City Bears by a score of 15-4. Leading the way was second baseman John Campbell. Campbell was 2-3 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 5 for the Millionaires. Jeff Groves earned the save for Alcoa, his 2nd of the year. Traverse City, now 5-17, continues its tough start.

Kyle Komorowski went 1 for 6, while scoring 2 times for Alcoa. The 23-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the fifth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring single off Stuart Blankenship. It was his 20th hit of the season.
