Ray Dappen, who is tied for 9th in the NC with a 1.02 WHIP, had a strong outing for the Indianapolis Eagles against the Cincinnati Royals at The Castle. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-1 win. The loss has the Royals at 13-9.
