Edwards Now 2-0 After Beating Razor Sharks
Corpus Christi Mermen starter Josh Edwards had all his pitches working at Razor Sharks Ballpark. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 10-0 Corpus Christi win over the Mesa Razor Sharks. At 11-3, the Mermen have played well so far.

Edwards, who has sometimes raised the ire of coaches and teammates with his famously lackadaisical work ethic, turned in a spirited effort. The hurler struck out 5 in 8 innings and gave up no runs.
