Dread Kings Stick Polecats with 4-1 Loss
Boise and Libertyville took Mother Nature's best shot and still managed to complete their ballgame.

Starting pitcher Aaron Lasco fulfilled his part of the bargain, helping the Boise Dread Kings stymie the Libertyville Polecats, 4-1. Boise now has a record of 9-5.

The Dread Kings got an important contribution from designated hitter Alex Mareno, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a fastball to left for a 2-run double. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Dread Kings ahead, 3-0.

"Aaron pitched like a champ," said Boise manager Sean Drummond.
