Nalbach Hits 2 home runs in Cougars Win
Rohnert Park center fielder Steve Nalbach helped his team beat the Alcoa Millionaires, 11-4. Nalbach, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2024 draft, went 3 for 5 for the Cougars. Joe Russell was the winner. He's now 1-1. The loser was Chris Nagel. The loss drops the Millionaires to 3-5.

In the top of the fifth, the Cougars found themselves in a jam. Alcoa had runners on 1st and 3rd with two out. The score was 6-4, Rohnert Park. Bobby Hales was at the plate, hoping to deal the Cougars a serious blow. Instead, he struck out to end the threat.
