Boise first baseman Danny Martinez had a 6-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Traverse City Bears, 10-5. The loss puts Traverse City at 5-4.

With Boise leading 6-5 in the top of the sixth, Martinez came up to bat against Traverse City pitcher Rich Pumphrey. Martinez hit a slider to right for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Dread Kings on top, 9-5.
