Cougars Win with Late Heroics
The Rohnert Park Cougars topped the Traverse City Bears, 7-4, in 13 innings at Ballpark of Greenup. The game was highlighted by the performance of Rohnert Park pitcher Gerardo Carrion. The win leaves Rohnert Park with a record of 3-5.

Rohnert Park got a game-changing hit from Doug Stewart. The left fielder blasted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 13th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Carrion.
