Kreisle Homers Twice in 7-4 Mermen Win
In the 7-4 Corpus Christi win over Libertyville, the impact of Josh Kreisle was substantial. Kreisle went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Corpus Christi reliever Josh Edwards picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Danny Villa absorbed the loss. Sean Gary picked up the save for Corpus Christi, his 1st of the year.

Corpus Christi went up, 7-4, on Danny McKibben's 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which McKibben hit in the bottom of the eighth, made Libertyville pitcher Danny Villa grimace.
