Royals Stumble, Lose to Pines
The Maine Pines and starting pitcher Dan Miller stifled the Cincinnati offense en route to a comfortable 8-1 win at Oakhurst Field. The Pines, now 10-5, have been red hot.

Skyler Fundis, who led the NC in triples with 10 last year, came through for Maine with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the third. The left fielder went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 2 runs and collected 3 RBI.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Miller.
