Royals Stumble, Lose to Pines
The Maine Pines defeated the Cincinnati Royals, 8-3, in part because of second baseman Kevin Cremo. Cremo was 2-5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Pines. The Pines, now 10-4, have been on fire in the early going.

With Maine leading 4-0 in the top of the fifth, Cremo came up to bat against Cincinnati pitcher Greg Sandlin. Cremo hit a cutter to right-center for a grand slam home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Pines on top, 8-0.

"Winning never gets dull," said Cremo.
