Wisniewski, Sea Dogs Wallop Fleet in Game 2 of LCS
With left fielder Nick Wisniewski leading the charge, the Charleston Sea Dogs got a road win over the San Diego Fleet, 8-2, in Game 2 of the Championship Series. Wisniewski went 1-1 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 at Peter Seidler Memorial Stadium to help Charleston take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series.

A key moment came with one out in the top of the ninth. That's when Wisniewski hit a slider from Devin Wickliffe for a grand slam home run, putting Charleston up, 8-2.

"We're not going to sweep 'em," Wisniewski said in response to a question after the game. "San Diego is too good not to take a game somewhere."

Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday at Ballpark of Charleston in Charleston.
