It's Over! Dollywood Defeats Huntsville
The Dollywood faithful were cheering in the streets, and Huntsville fans wiping away the tears, after the Partons won the World Series at Dolly Parton Ballpark today.

The Partons clinched it by knocking off the Rockets 4-1 to take their 5th ABA Class A crown. Dollywood took the series 4-3.

"This club never gave up all year long," Dollywood manager Adam Freeman told the press. "They believed they could win the title and they did."

On the way to the World Series title, Dollywood compiled a 106-34 won-loss record and finished first in the Southern A East Division.

"We just didn't play well enough to win," Rockets manager Alec Roller said. "We just didn't make the big plays like they did."
