The Cornwall Royals defeated the Winchester Mountaineers, 1-0, in Game 6 of the World Series. Doing his part was starter Juan Rosales, who threw 7.1 innings of shutout ball. The win moves Cornwall into a 3-3 tie with Winchester in the series.

Rosales allowed no runs on 2 hits over 7.1 innings for the Royals. He walked 1 and struck out 7.

"Nice win for us," said Rosales. "Now we'll go after the next one."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mountaineers Park in Winchester.
