The Mt. Vernon Cyclones marched over the Montgomery Missions, 12-4, at Missions Grove. Juan Guerra, who is tied for 8th in the SL2 with a .613 slugging percentage, led the charge. He went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. Tyler Bourassa earned the win to go to 9-4. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, with 1 walk and 7 strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work. The victory gives Mt. Vernon a record of 76-57.
