In the 9-1 Dallas win over Sandusky, the impact of Ray Baker was substantial. Baker, who finished 5th in the AC in RBI with 119 last year, went 4 for 4 with 3 doubles and a walk, while adding 4 RBI. The triumph makes Dallas 34-73.

With Dallas leading 6-0 in the bottom of the eighth, Baker came up to bat against Sandusky pitcher Andy Hannah. Baker hit a fastball to center for a bases-clearing double. His 18th double of the season put the Dragons on top, 9-0.

Baker told a Dallas Daily reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
