Hollywood Stars starter Adrian Huffine was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Vancouver Caribou, 6-3. Huffine picked up the win for Hollywood, going 5 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. Tim Schellin had a big 2-run double for the Stars in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Hollywood leading 3-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a forkball from Jaden Mack, who finished 3rd in the NC in ERA with 2.35 in 2021, and swatted a double to right. It was his 20th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Stars ahead, 5-1.
