Lusardi has 3 hits, Leads Scorpions to Win
The 6-0 Syracuse win over Vancouver was due largely to Tom Lusardi. The Scorpions first baseman went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. The second-place Mounties have lost 5 straight games.

Though it wasn't a flawless game -- few are -- the fans who filled the stands at Scorpion Stadium seemed to enjoy watching the American Conference action.

Lusardi attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
