Dragons Dominate, Sweep Sweet 16
With a 7-3 victory at Doc Buchanan Baseball Stadium, the Southlake Carroll High School Dragons have completed a sweep of the Buchanan High School Bears in the Sweet 16.

"On to the Elite Eight and feeling good," said Aaron Ramon. "I don't think our guys expected a sweep, but we'll certainly take it and rest up a bit."

For the series, Ramon hit .571 and won series MVP honors. He had 1 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Southlake Carroll High School Dragons don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Palo Alto High School Vikings - Pace High School Patriots series. That series is tied at 1 game each. The Elite Eight schedule will be announced after the Sweet 16 finishes.
