San Francisco got a terrific performance from pitcher Miguel Berrios, but it wasn't enough to beat the Hollywood Stars. Hollywood won the San Francisco Grounds contest, 4-3. Berrios threw 7.2 innings of 6-hit ball for the losing team. Hollywood reliever Nick Calvache picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Scott Hargraves took the loss.
