Pines Keep Streak Alive With 6-4 Win
Behind the hitting of Tyler Tolbert, the Maine Pines stopped the Oakland Invaders, 6-4. Tolbert went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Pines. Matt Graham got the win, improving to 11-3. He pitched 6.2 innings, giving up 6 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 9 and walking 1. Mike Poussard locked down his 8th save.

Early in the game, Tolbert had a 2-run double for Maine. It was his 32nd double of the season and put the Pines on top, 2-0.

"The guys come to the ballpark ready," said Pines manager David Whigham. "They're going out there and doing the simple things right."
