DeLozier Lifts Torpedoes to 16-11 Win
Jarred DeLozier was the difference-maker for the Long Island Torpedoes in what turned into a shootout with the Buffalo Bellflowers. DeLozier went 4-for-6 in the 16-11 Torpedoes win. The 'W' lifts Long Island's record to 45-65.

Bob Parrott came through for Long Island with a grand slam home run in the bottom of the first. The third baseman was a perfect 3 for 3 in the game, including 1 home run and 2 singles. He scored 1 run and collected 4 RBI.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Parrott told a Long Island Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
