Rodda, Mounties Get 7-1 Win
The Moncton Mounties downed the Tiverton Colonels, 7-1, at Mapleton Yards. Stellar pitching by Terence Rodda had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who is tied for 5th in the NC in complete games with 1, handcuffed his opponent all game. The Mounties, at 56-53, sit in third place in the Northern Conference East Division.

Rodda gave Moncton a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 7 innings.

"Terence -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said Mounties manager Kevin Squillace. "He was the key to us winning."
