The Terra Linda Chargers rode a solid performance from 21-year-old starting pitcher Isaiah White to a win, beating the Whitby Bats, 5-1, at Ballpark of Plantersville. The losing streak for Whitby has now reached 4 games.

The Chargers got a big at-bat from third baseman Adam Mathis. For the game, Mathis went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 26th home run of the season gave Terra Linda a 3-0 lead.
