The Hollywood Stars picked up a win at Scorpion Stadium, downing the Syracuse Scorpions, 7-2. On the mound for Hollywood was right-hander Logan Mayhew, who played a pivotal role in the win. The winner was Mayhew. He threw 7.1 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Ivan Medina. The second-place Scorpions have lost 4 consecutive games.

Hollywood won the game in part because of Elijah Moody. The designated hitter ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Stars ahead, 5-0. For the game, Moody had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
