Crystal Lake Win to Pull Even With Haviland
The Crystal Lake Killers took down the Haviland Thrashers by the score of 9-3 and moved into a 2-2 tie in the Division Series. The largest share of the credit belongs to Crystal Lake starter Matt Haskins, who threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball.

Crystal Lake used a clutch at-bat from Pete DiBiaso to capture the win. The pinch hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Killers ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a humdinger.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Haskins after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ballpark of Haviland in Haviland.
