The Dallas Dragons picked up a win at San Francisco Grounds, downing the San Francisco Fire, 5-4, in 11 innings. On the mound for Dallas was right-hander Glenn Ward, who played a pivotal role in the win. Mike Braasch, now 4-6, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings.
