Cabriales Hits Two Dingers, Giants Win, 10-6
The Detroit Giants downed the Chicago Gangsters, 10-6, at The Hideout. The Giants were led by Ruben Cabriales. Cabriales slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 6. The Giants move to 33-57 with the win, while the Gangsters drop to 31-59.

Cabriales had a key at-bat in the top of the third to put Detroit in front, 3-1. With the bases loaded, he grounded out, driving in 1 run off Chicago pitcher Ronnie Miller.

Giants manager Blake Barber wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
