Berrios Now 7-0 After Beating Heathens
In a tight game between the San Francisco Fire and the Halifax Heathens, pitcher Miguel Berrios was terrific on the mound. The San Francisco left-hander helped his team to the 2-0 win. Jon Messer closed out the game, earning his 5th save. The Fire go to 44-45, putting them third in the National Conference West Division.

Berrios tossed 112 pitches over 7.1 innings to clinch the win for the Fire. The left-hander allowed just 3 hits, while racking up 8 strikeouts in the game.

"I felt good. I felt like I was locating the ball well and I was able to keep them off-balance," said Berrios.
