Moncton turned a good performance from starting pitcher Mark Luby into a 3-1 triumph over the Abingdon Archers at Mapleton Yards. Luby, now 2-1, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 6, walking 2, and allowing no runs. With the win, Moncton raised its record to 15-15.
