A 3-RBI performance from right fielder Adam Cooper, who is tied for 3rd in the NC in total bases with 165, led the Hollywood Stars to a win over the Austin Desperados, 6-3. Hollywood starter Logan Mayhew was credited with the win after throwing 112 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 5-6. Austin has now lost 4 in a row.

Matthew Little had a big 2-run double for the Stars in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Hollywood leading 3-2 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a sinker from former first round draft pick Vic Lucero and swatted a double to left.
