Sea Dogs Stay Hot With 4-1 Win
Charleston starter David Edgemon put a stranglehold on the Cincinnati offense. The left-hander had complete command of his changeup in leading the Sea Dogs to a 4-1 win. The second-place Sea Dogs have won 7 in a row.

Heath Sherlock could have done more damage. In the top of the ninth, with Cincinnati trailing 4-0, Cincinnati had the bases loaded. That's when Sherlock grounded out, driving in 1 run. But it was not enough. Charleston would go on to win the game.
