Whistlers Come Back Late to Top Pines, 6-4
The Boston Whistlers started the 2022 season win an impressive 6-4 win against the Maine Pines at Whislters Park. Kevin Cremo led the way for Boston. Mark Dudley finished to wrap up his 1st save.

The game was at a stalemate until center fielder Dillon Rodriquez came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Maine pitcher Josh Flaten, he hit a first pitch fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Boston on top, 5-4.

Rodriquez told a Boston Citizen reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
