Welcome to the American Baseball Association

The Starter File contains all of the necessary files to reset a game file and restore connection settings that may have been lossed.

Once downloaded, you want to place the "ABA.lg file within your OOTP saved_games folder. You can access this folder by:

1. Open OOTP 24.
2. Click on "Settings" at the bottom of the home screen.
3. Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab.
4. Click on "Open folder containing saved games".
5. Move the "ABA.lg" folder from the StarterFile into this folder.
6. Restart OOTP.
7. Attempt to open the ABA game and download the latest league file.

Updating league, team, and player images

1. Open the ABA.lg folder (your saved game). You can get there direct by going to the OOTP 24 Start screen -< Settings -< Troubleshooting -< Open location containing saved game folder
2. Close OOTP24
3. Open the ABA.lg folder. Inside you can see the ballcaps and jerseys folder.
4. Replace the ballcaps folder with the folder within this downloaded zip file: https://abaootp.com/ballcaps.zip (~100 MB)
5. When prompted, say Yes - Replace all existing files with new ones
6. Replace the jerseys folder with the following: https://abaootp.com/jerseys.zip (~400 MB)
7. Open the "news" folder, then "html" folder, then the "images folder
8. Replace the league_logos folder with this folder: https://abaootp.com/league_logos.zip (1.2 MB)
9. Replace the team_logos folder with this folder: https://abaootp.com/team_logos.zip (40 MB)
10. Replace the person_pictures folder with this folder: https://abaootp.com/person_pictures.zip (360 MB)
11. Once these are put into the correct locations, restart OOTP 24. The up to date images should be present.
