Pantoja Goes 5-for-6 Against Montgomery Tuesday, April 9th , 2024 David Pantoja exploded for a barrage of base hits at Ballpark of Spring Park. The Spring Park second baseman had a field day in his team's 12-7 triumph over the Montgomery Missions, finishing 5-for-6. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Pantoja must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. David Pantoja singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th. View Boxscore View Game Log |
