Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Marcus Saturday, April 18th , 2026 With 1 hit at Thunder Wolves Stadium, Brendan Marcus added another game to his hitting streak -- the Julian first baseman has now hit safely for 20 games in a row. But the hitting feat wasn't enough for the Jammers, as they fell, 11-1, to the Tacoma Thunder Wolves. "Frankly, I don't care about hits," Tacoma manager Alfonso Estrada said later. "I'll let him get 4 hits in 4 at-bats if it means we get a win." Brendan Marcus flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and struck out in the 7th. Marcus is batting .438 this season in 12 games with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. He has 21 hits in 48 at-bats. |
