SL1 Announces #1 Player Award Sunday, October 20th , 2024 Jason Perrigin, the talented Little Rock right fielder, certainly made his name known among Sub League 1 hurlers this season. He hammered them for 209 hits, 28 doubles, 1 triple, 31 home runs, 145 RBIs and scored 131 times. That kind of output made him the choice for Sub League 1 Most Valuable Player Award for 2024. He received 24 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Justin Wish of the Providence Hex finished second in voting, while Doug Stewart of the St. Joseph Mighty Mites finished third.
