Super Troopers Star Receives Pitcher of the Year Award Monday, October 19th , 2026 This past season Phil McIntosh put on quite a show in the Sub League 2. In 26 starts he posted a 14-5 record for Santa Barbara to capture the 2026 Pitcher of the Year Award. In 26 starts and 163.2 innings, McIntosh yielded 192 hits, holding the opposition to a .294 average. He chalked up 56 strikeouts and posted a 2.91 ERA. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 24. Yee Wang of the Newport News Wranglers finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Hector Mendoza of the Wichita Panthers finished third with 2 first place votes.
