Goldfein Earns SL2 Player of the Week Monday, September 1st , 2025 The Newport News Wranglers received word today that third baseman Scott Goldfein was selected Sub League 2 Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Goldfein took full advantage of all 32 plate appearances last week as he hit .630 with 17 hits, no home runs, 6 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season, Goldfein has 4 home runs and a .379 batting average. |
