Russ Hits in 20 Straight Games Sunday, July 27th , 2025 Ryan Russ has been on a tear for several weeks, and his hitting streak just keeps getting longer. The 21-year-old Julian Jammers second baseman extended his streak to 20 games, going 2-for-4 as Julian got the best of the Medford Desperados at Ballpark of Medford, 7-3. "Ryan has been playing real well lately and we're proud of him," Jammers manager Cameron Pabst said. Ryan Russ hit an RBI single in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 6th and doubled in the 8th. This year, Russ is hitting .373 with 4 home runs and 23 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .399 clip and scored 27 runs. |
