Newport News on Top of Sub League 2 East Division Wednesday, September 9th , 2026 The Newport News Wranglers have silenced their critics, backed up those who believed in them and won the Sub League 2 East Division. "You always think you've got a chance to win the division, but until you get it done you never really know how things are going to play out," said catcher Alejandro Perez. "I think we're all grateful to get the chance to vie for the World Series."
