Sub League 2 West Division Winner is Savannah Alpines Friday, August 23rd , 2024 The Savannah Alpines have dealt with a season's worth of challenges and survived to be crowned the Sub League 2 West Division champions. Starting Pitcher Chris Erickson was exuberant in talking with the media after the clinch. "This is what it's all about, I couldn't be happier right now," he said. "We've got a special team here and I think we are going to do big things." The Alpines have a record of 67-57 and the division win is the 1st in franchise history.
