Carson City's Lara Winner, SL2 Best Hitter in August Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 Even though he is a newcomer to ABA Class A-, Octavio Lara put up some good numbers in August and earned the SL2 Batter of the Month award. He was one of Carson City's offensive leaders with a .398 average in 29 games. He also racked up 6 home runs, 26 RBIs, and 36 runs scored. At present, Lara is batting .369 with 108 hits and 13 home runs. He has knocked in 49 runs and scored 77 times. |
