Desperados Jim Carr Will Miss Season Sunday, August 9th , 2026 Jim Carr will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Medford starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Carr was injured while throwing a pitch in the Desperados-Naturals clash at Ballpark of Medford recently. Doctors said he has a torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 12-13 months. In 5 starts this year, Carr has recorded a 2-1 record and a 4.88 ERA. |
