Byrne Takes SL1's Best Bat Award Monday, July 1st , 2024 For a rookie just breaking in, Adam Byrne certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the SL1 Batter of the Month award for June. The 22-year-old left fielder for the Greensboro Naturals hit .378 with 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Byrne is hitting .346 this year with 18 home runs, 54 RBIs and 68 runs scored. He has 88 hits in 254 at-bats, 60 walks and a .476 on-base percentage. Byrne has played in 72 games. |
